Mr. Ford,
I have been following your articles as I am doing my research and learning about re-habbing property. I have personally lived in, fixed up, and sold 7 houses...but that is the hard way. I am a software engineer but want to get out of that and do this full time.
I signed up as a beta-tester of the new property master software, however there are several shortcommings, not the least that no registration key has been sent, or where I can send comments. Thank you.

I am not directly involved with the beta testing of Property Master, but I did contact the developer.
A registration key was sent, but bounced. It appears the email address might have been mis-typed.
Congrats on your property. The method you describe is a viable method to grow some wealth and I know others who have gone that route.
