Here's what I saw!

This is what I saw when I got there. Today we look at pics, but tomorrow, I will discuss what's needed with this property and what it will cost. In short, this house will require a very manageble rehab, and I'll add a bedroom to bring this from a 2/1 to a 3/1. The additional square footage will bring my value up to where I need it.
